A Review From A Bar AboveAfter spending 150 on nothing but mixing spoons of all types, this is the one that I chose for all the bartenders where I work. The things I love about it: It's a visually appealing spoon, not your average red topped bar spoon. Functionally it is great, whether using a pint glass or a Yarai mixing glass, this bar spoon gets the job done. When stirring, the flat nature of the spoon means that it's not getting caught up in the ice, and it has enough weight to it to move the ice around. (A problem I found with most other bar spoons). The face of the spoon is quite stiff and durable meaning that a bottle placed on top of it, or smashed into it is not going to cause it to bend. After 6 months of usage in a high volume restaurant bar, these spoons are proving to be worth every cent. Haven't had a single problem with any of them yet.Highest recommendationThings you will not be able to use this spoon for: Obviously measuring anything in is impossibleHope this helps
